BLD

BLD is a Bulgarian construction and investment company, part of AG Capital family - the largest real estate holding in Bulgaria.

The company was founded in 2006 as an investment fund management company and was listed on the London Stock Exchange. After more than 16 years of experience in the Bulgarian market BLD is now considered to be among the leaders with 11+ completed projects and 1100+ newly built homes, with 9 projects in the pipeline.

BLD's approach in all project is grounded not only in the construction and building of the next high-standard modern and functional living space, but in building a community by improving infrastructure, implementing amenities for convenience and while preserving nature. 

International markets have been part of company's strategy in the past one year and unsurprisingly BLD opened its first office abroad in 2023. By the end of the year Warsaw will welcome its new BLD investment project on the market.
