We are specialists in dialogue marketing and, as a service provider, take care of direct contact between companies and customers. Avedo is part of Ströer X and is responsible for telesales and telemarketing within the Group. In addition to service and sales on the phone, customers are also supported via other channels such as email, social media, web or video chat. We handle a total of around 100 million customer contacts every year.

Avedo employs around 4,000 people at over 20 locations in Germany, Spain, Greece, Albania, Bulgaria and Kosovo. Some of our core industries are multimedia, insurance, energy providers, automotive, healthcare, tourism, IT & technology, telecommunications, e-commerce, logistics and retail. Our employees provide customer advice via email, telephone, social media, web and video chat.
