regiocom is a company founded in 1996 in Magdeburg, Germany, when three friends started a small startup business.

28 years later, the three founders continue to lead regiocom, an international company with over 6000 employees across 25 locations in Germany, Bulgaria, Austria, Turkey, Greece, and Argentina. Today, regiocom is one of the leading service providers in Europe in the field of Customer Service, BPO, and IT.

The main activity of regiocom is related to professional customer service for in the area of telecommunications, energy, transportation as well as banking and commerce.

In a separate IT team, over 250 IT specialists from Germany and Bulgaria use state-of-the-art technologies to develop projects for major companies in various sectors of the economy.

regiocom Bulgaria has been an important part of the company's success story since its establishment in 2006. Over 1500 employees in Sofia, Varna, Veliko Tarnovo, Ruse, Burgas, Stara Zagora, and Dobrich serve German and Austrian clients.
