Alorica opens its doors in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2018. The company started with 200 employees, and in April-December 2020 it made its biggest growth and has 850 talents. At the moment, there are over 1000+ people working in Bulgaria with over 30 different languages, including some of the rarest ones such as Kazakh, Swedish, and Norwegian.
