Depending on your previous experience, your role and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: 
 

  • Conduct financial audits for local and international clients, ensuring compliance with IFRS, National Accounting Standards, US GAAP, and other reporting standards.   
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with both new and long-standing clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor within various sectors 
  • Collaborate seamlessly within dynamic, cross-functional teams, working closely with clients and specialized professionals to ensure delivery of exceptional, high-quality client services across Europe 
  • Mentor and coach less experienced team members, fostering a culture of growth and learning, and cultivating the next generation of audit professionals. 
  • Oversee and guide project teams, taking responsibility for key deliverables while directly reporting to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with PwC’s strategic objectives. 

 
What are we looking for? 
 

  • Experience in financial auditing - minimum 1 year (audit season). 
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics and Business or related field. 
  • Proficiency in English and Bulgarian (second foreign language is an advantage). 
  • Strong accounting knowledge (IFRS, US GAAP or ESG reporting will be a plus). 
  • ACCA - progress would be considered an advantage. 
  • Strong project management and analytical skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
