Our mission is to support the return of Bulgarians from abroad and to keep Bulgarians in the country on the local labor market, and for this purpose we have created our website for searching and offering job positions. We have enriched the website by adding information and video content. We are not an intermediary in the selection of staff, but only aim to help establish a connection between our users and potential employers in the Republic of Bulgaria.
This document contains the Terms of access to and use of the website www.bulgariawantsyou.com (the "Terms"). If you do not accept the Terms set forth herein, you will not be able to use the website. Using the Services available without registration will be considered an expression of consent with these Terms.
In connection with the Services provided, www.bulgariawantsyou.com processes personal data in accordance with the Website Privacy Policy (the "Policy"), which you can read below. The Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

1. REGISTRATION:
1.1. DNA Media AD with address of management: Sofia, 11 Graf Ignatiev Str., 1st floor, apt. 3, Uniform Identification Code (UIC): 205882707 provides through the website www.bulgariawantsyou.com and the mobile versions and applications (the "Website") to individuals - end users free information society services (the "Services"). The services include opportunities to search for vacancy job announcements and to apply for the job positions announced on the Website. Once a user has created their account, they have the opportunity, at their discretion, to apply for one or more job announcement by attaching an additional file with their resume (CV) and/or cover letter to send to the company.
1.2. In order to use the Services, you shall guarantee that you have reached the age of 18 years and are capable of concluding a contract. DNA Media AD is not responsible in case of using the Services by a person who does not meet the specified age and legal capacity restrictions.
1.3. Using some of the Services is possible only with registration. The registration is done personally, and registration on behalf of other persons is not allowed. Upon registration you are required to fill in the required fields in the registration form. You will need to enter your first name and surname, email address and to answer a question (optional). It is also possible that we collect the following additional information: education, citizenship, residence, desired field of career development.
1.4. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the registration and to maintain your data in such condition. In case of inaccuracy in the data, you are not entitled to use the Services until the removal of such inaccuracy.
1.5. You are responsible for all actions performed through your account using your username and password. You agree to notify www.bulgariawantsyou.com immediately in case of unauthorized access or likelihood of such.
2. CONCLUDING A CONTRACT:
2.1. By clicking on the "Registration" button, you make an electronic statement with which you enter into a contract with us under these Terms and you undertake to comply with them. Before clicking the "Registration" button, you have the opportunity to view and edit the information you provided. You accept that the electronic statements to www.bulgariawantsyou.com and the electronic statements from www.bulgariawantsyou.com to you will be considered signed with a simple electronic signature in accordance with Art. 3, paragraph 10 of Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014, having the same power as a handwritten signature. The authorship of these statements will be established by the order of Art. 13, paragraph 1 in connection with Art. 13, paragraph 4, 2nd sentence of the Electronic Document and Electronic Certification Services Act (“EDECSA”).
2.2. Some of the Services are provided without the need for registration. In such cases, the consent to these Terms is expressed with the very beginning of the use of the Services.
2.3. In connection with the provided Services, communication between you and Bulgaria Wants You by e-mail is required. According to Art. 5 of the Electronic Document and Electronic Certification Services Act you agree to be the addressee of electronic statements from www.bulgariawantsyou.com in electronic form.
3. USE OF SERVICES:
3.1. When applying, your application is automatically sent to the employer company. You decide which job announcements and which employers to send your applications to. For this purpose, before applying, we recommend that you visit the Employer's subpage in the platform.
3.2. www.bulgariawantsyou.com is not an intermediary and does not participate in any way in the selection of candidates or subsequent communication and negotiation of terms between the parties. Decisions about what information to send, what contractual relationships you wish to enter into and under what conditions are entirely your responsibility.
