Отговорности

  • Monitor numerous systems
  • Provide basic B2B and in-house technical support via email/ticketing platform
  • Participate in functionality tests & new application introductions
  • Creating reports at the request of the line manager
  • Consult our clients about the specifications of the company’s products
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality support

Additional information:

  • 8-hour shifts – day and night, flexible working schedule
  • Initial and regular trainings

Изисквания

  • Very good command of English (B2-C1)
  • Decent PC literacy - MS Office, a basic understanding of website components and frontend/backend structure
  • Ability to work in an already-defined style
  • Ability to multitask, experience with Alarm and Monitoring services is a plus
