Отговорности
- Monitor numerous systems
- Provide basic B2B and in-house technical support via email/ticketing platform
- Participate in functionality tests & new application introductions
- Creating reports at the request of the line manager
- Consult our clients about the specifications of the company’s products
- Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality support
Additional information:
- 8-hour shifts – day and night, flexible working schedule
- Initial and regular trainings
Изисквания
- Very good command of English (B2-C1)
- Decent PC literacy - MS Office, a basic understanding of website components and frontend/backend structure
- Ability to work in an already-defined style
- Ability to multitask, experience with Alarm and Monitoring services is a plus
