Отговорности

  • Monitor and maintain numerous systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations
  • Provide first-level B2B and internal technical support via email and ticketing systems
  • Participate in functionality testing and the introduction of new applications
  • Create reports upon request from the line manager
  • Consult clients regarding product specifications and technical capabilities
  • Collaborate closely with team members to deliver high-quality technical support


Изисквания

  • Good computer literacy (MS Office; basic understanding of website components and frontend/backend structure)
  • Ability to multitask; experience with alarm and monitoring systems is considered an advantage
  • Ability to work according to predefined procedures and standards
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
  • Very good command of English (B1–C1 level)
