Отговорности
- Monitor and maintain numerous systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations
- Provide first-level B2B and internal technical support via email and ticketing systems
- Participate in functionality testing and the introduction of new applications
- Create reports upon request from the line manager
- Consult clients regarding product specifications and technical capabilities
- Collaborate closely with team members to deliver high-quality technical support
Изисквания
- Good computer literacy (MS Office; basic understanding of website components and frontend/backend structure)
- Ability to multitask; experience with alarm and monitoring systems is considered an advantage
- Ability to work according to predefined procedures and standards
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Very good command of English (B1–C1 level)
