Join UBB Markets as a Senior Sales Dealer and become part of one of the leading financial markets teams in Bulgaria, working with corporate and institutional clients and leveraging the expertise, products, and international capabilities of KBC Group.

Your role will be:

• Manage and develop relationships with corporate and institutional clients;
• Proactively identify clients’ needs related to financial markets and create new business opportunities;
• Provide clients with relevant market insights, analysis, and tailored financial markets solutions;
• Execute and coordinate client transactions involving foreign exchange and FX derivatives, investment products, fixed income instruments, interest rate solutions, and hedging products;
• Transform financial market trends and macroeconomic developments into value-added solutions for clients;
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and actively contribute to the growth of the Markets business;
• Prepare client proposals, quotations, market commentaries, and presentations;
• Regularly meet with clients and maintain strong long-term business relationships;
• Collaborate with Markets specialists across KBC Group and provide Bulgarian clients with access to international expertise and solutions;
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of financial markets, financial products, and applicable regulatory requirements.

You are the right candidate if:

• You hold a university degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or another relevant field;
• You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Markets, Treasury, Corporate Sales, Investments, or another client-facing financial role;
• You possess a strong understanding of financial markets and financial products;
• You have a commercial mindset and a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships;
• You are able to understand clients’ needs and translate complex market developments into clear and actionable solutions;
• You have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
• You demonstrate a proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven approach;
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken;
• You hold a valid license to perform activities as an Investment Broker in accordance with the applicable Bulgarian legislation.
