Your training will take place in the office at TELUS Tower, where you will receive hands-on support and guidance from experienced trainers.

To ensure you can fully focus on learning and settling in:

  • Accommodation in Sofia is fully paid during the training period

Your Responsibilities:

  • Represent a well-known international car rental brand
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email in German
  • Assist clients with:
  1. New reservations
  2. Booking modifications
  3. Cancellations
  4. General travel and mobility inquiries
  • Provide tailored mobility solutions based on customer needs
  • Deliver excellent customer service through professional and friendly communication
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and service quality

What We Are Looking For:

  • Fluent German (C1 level or higher)
  • Good English skills for internal communication
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Positive attitude and team spirit
  • No previous experience required — full training is provided
