MARKETING & CONTENT SPECIALIST

IMPORTANT: This is a full-time position at our office in Sofia (no permanent remote working option, only 1 day home office per week). The required marketing experience is a must – please refrain from applying if you do not meet these criteria.

Zmatic is a worldwide market leader in the affiliate advertising accounts business. Our team provides services and media buying infrastructure to affiliate media buyers in more than 40 countries worldwide.

Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and execute all marketing activities of the company. Another crucial part of your work will be fostering long-term relationships with partners, as well as preparing for and participating in professional conferences. Performance marketing experience, ideally in a digital marketing agency as a media buyer or other similar position, is a strong plus. Background in the affiliate marketing or iGaming industries is also a plus.

What you will do:
• Video and visual content: produce short-form videos, reels, ad creatives and event visuals, using AI tools for editing, generation and versioning.
• Social media: own our LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X. Plan the calendar, write the posts, publish, reply, and report what worked.
• Partnerships: find and manage partners (anti-detect browsers, proxies, payment tools, publishers and communities), keep our partners page and co-marketing up to date.
• Events: prepare our presence at industry conferences (SIGMA, SBC, Affiliate World and others): booth materials, pre-show outreach, on-site content, follow-up.
• Work with the sales team so content and partnerships bring in real leads, and track the numbers behind every channel.

What we are looking for:
• 2+ years in marketing, content or social media in an international company.
• A portfolio of video/visual work you made yourself. Please include links when you apply.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for video and image work (e.g. CapCut, Runway, Midjourney, fal.ai or similar).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Organised and able to run several projects at once.
• A plus: affiliate marketing or performance-marketing background, experience with paid social.
