HR Intern

Your Role
You join Shelly for a paid internship lasting 3 to 6 months, depending on your availability, and support both the administrative side of HR and day-to-day recruitment activities. You help keep people processes organised, coordinate interviews and candidate communication, and learn how HR supports a fast-growing product company.

Job requirements

What makes you a great fit:

• You are currently enrolled in a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Management, Economics, Law, or another related field.
 • You do not need previous professional experience.
 • You are interested in recruitment, people processes, and the administrative side of HR.
 • You are organised, reliable, and comfortable working with documents, deadlines, and details.
 • You communicate clearly and feel comfortable working with different people.
 • You handle information carefully and understand the importance of confidentiality.
 • You are proactive, eager to learn, and happy to support wherever the team needs you.
 • Interest in hardware and in working in a tech and product environment is a plus.

Job responsibilities

• You support the team with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
 • You help organise and maintain employee files, HR records, and internal documentation.
 • You prepare and update HR-related documents, trackers, and reports.
 • You support recruitment activities by posting job ads, reviewing applications, and keeping candidate information organised.
 • You schedule interviews and help coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers.
 • You support onboarding preparations and help make sure new joiners have the right documents and information.
 • You help with recruitment-related research, coordination, and other people initiatives when needed.
