How we do it

We do everything from scratch, a PCB becomes a product that lights up over 5 million homes worldwide. We do everything with creativity, passion, forward thinking, dedication to the product and true belief in the benefits of automation for the single person, for the community and the whole environment that surrounds us.

Why Shelly

We are not perfect. We follow the start-up mindset, we have a flat structure, and things can get a bit chaotic at times, but we are true to ourselves. We turn the shortcomings into drivers of success. Amidst the chaos we find our true self. It lets us see clearly and makes us adapt to change. The flat structure allows us to make quick decisions and gives us the freedom to act and be one step ahead of the competition. We like being on our toes, we thrive in uncertainty and welcome new challenges with open hands.
