For one of our trusted clients, we are looking for a Field Sales Engineer, who will contribute to their business development and attracting new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition (Lead Generation): Identifying potential clients in industries such as automotive, electronics, household appliances, and medical.
- RFQ Management: Analyzing client drawings and requirements, in collaboration with the engineering department, to prepare competitive technical and commercial offers.
- Negotiation and Sales: Leading negotiations on pricing, mold production timelines, and serial production of plastic components.
- Strategic Planning: Researching market trends and applying innovative production models.
Requirements:
- Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of plastic injection molding processes, types of plastics (polymers), and mold design and manufacturing is required.
- Sales Experience: Proven success in B2B sales, with strong presentation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Languages: Excellent command of English and/or German for communication with international partners.
