We present to your attention a proposal with great potential and numerous options for realization and different businesses, namely a reservoir under a 20-year concession, as well as the sale of plots bordering the reservoir. The plots have a total area of 9700 sq.m., including the entire left bank of the reservoir and a large part of the wall. It is located 20 minutes by car from the city of Sofia in the village of Aldomirovtsi. There are 5 trailers installed, two toilets built, a gazebo, and numerous improvements made.
