CONSTRUCTION HAS STARTED!

The absolute pearl of avant-garde architecture — Home2U Paradise. The project is being built literally 80 meters from the entrance of Paradayz Mall and the Vitosha metro station. The leading idea of the project was to create an iconic and memorable building that would be in harmony with the technological character of the area where it is located. By following the development plan and the need for specific setbacks in order to preserve the daylighting of neighboring properties, a form was dictated that we managed to summarize and develop functionally. Again dictated by the development context, the building had to be divided into two distinct trapezoidal volumes: one chamfered at 45° in a north–south direction, and the other at 72° in a south–north direction. In this way, in addition to eliminating shading of buildings on neighboring properties, we also ensure maximum sunlight for our building.

The distinct forms, clad in high-quality natural materials produced by leaders of the global market—such as structural glazing, fiberglass panels with finely ground stone particles, and HPL panels with a soft wood grain—create a high level of elegance. The change of materials occurs at points chosen to further emphasize the dynamics of the building’s volumes. The selected materials and precise execution will eliminate weather-related wear over time.

Functionally, the building is designed with 10 above-ground levels and one underground level. It consists of 36 apartments of different types and sizes, with special attention paid to the living comfort of each one. On the first above-ground level there are a dining venue and a bakery. The underground level is intended entirely for parking needs, with 31 parking spaces located there. For connoisseurs of beautiful views, spacious “PENTHOUSE” apartments on two and three levels are designed on the top floors in both volumes, with a view that creates a sense of a different scale above the big city and the surrounding mountains.
