The buildings are designed with a monolithic reinforced-concrete structure. Partition walls, 25 cm and 12 cm, are made of ceramic brick masonry. Parts of the façade will be clad with natural stone and brick cladding. In the façade execution, thermal and waterproofing materials of guaranteed high quality are used, ensuring the necessary microclimate. The solid parts of the façades are thermal façade systems with a finishing façade plaster, executed with EPS thermal insulation.
