The focus of the role will include the following:

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects in all - conceptual, technical and operational stages;
• Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and client specifications;
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, contractors etc.;
• Adapt projects to meet client and environmental requirements;
• Identify issues and provide solutions for both vision and technical aspects of the project.
• Prepare coordination drawings;
• Ensure compliance with current regulations related to regional development, territorial planning, geodesy, cartography and cadaster, design, implementation and control of construction;
• Effective use of materials, technologies and resources.

Essential Skills:

• Master’s degree in Architecture;
• 3 years’ experience of work in the specialty (after graduation);
• Excellent skills in software – Autodesk Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office;
• Strong knowledge of regulatory framework related to design;
• Business-level proficiency in English;
• Recommendations from previous project implementation are advantageous;
• Effective time management and organizational skills;
• A responsible approach to work and commitments;
• Teamwork, communication and flexibility skills.
