THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:
Maintain and configure systems and devices running on Windows, macOS, and Linux, ensuring stability and efficiency
Administer JumpCloud and Google Workspace – manage users, devices, access rights, and security policies
Actively participate in onboarding and offboarding processes – create and remove user accounts, configure devices, and provide necessary resources
Assist employees with software and hardware issues, both onsite and remotely, including troubleshooting and problem resolution
Create and maintain PowerShell scripts and other automation solutions to streamline daily tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support their IT needs and assist in implementing new solutions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems, processes, and procedures
THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Experience working with JumpCloud and Google Workspace
- Ability to use PowerShell for automation and task optimization
- Proven experience in providing hardware and software support – both onsite and remote
- Good working proficiency level of English
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High level of initiative, attention to detail, and responsibility in daily work
