Your role will be:

- Organize and conduct procurement procedures for assets and services in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
- Coordinate the preparation, alignment, and signing of procurement contracts
- Lead negotiations with external contractors to secure supplies and improve contractual terms on behalf of UBB
- Analyze procurement processes and identify opportunities for cost-effective optimizations

You are the right candidate if you:

- Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or another relevant field
- Have experience in procurement, trade, logistics, or a related area, which will be considered an advantage
- Have good knowledge of procurement processes and market practices
- Are proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and SharePoint
- Have excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills, combined with high business ethics and loyalty
- Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Are a team player with strong analytical thinking, initiative, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
