ProCredit Bank Bulgaria is looking to hire an employee for the position of Acquisition Expert – Business Clients.
The Acquisition Expert - Business Clients is a key driver of the bank’s growth. They actively seek and acquire new corporate clients, build trust, and support their business development through tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new business clients through active prospecting and building professional contacts.
- Develop new business opportunities - proactively identify potential clients and present banking products.
- Communicate and build relationships - sociability and persuasive skills are your strongest assets.
- Present banking services for our business clients
- Analyze client needs and offer customized proposals aligned with their business goals.
- Participate in promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to enable cross-selling and ensure optimal client service.
Requirements
- University degree.
- Experience in sales and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Energy, sociability, and persuasive ability.
- Motivation to actively develop new business
- Very good level of English
- Good organizational skills and an affinity for teamwork
