Sales Dealer Network Coordinator

 

 

Your main responsibilities will be: 

  • Manage, coordinate, and support the entire dealer sales network.

  • Implement the company's sales strategy in line with established sales objectives and plans.

  • Plan and monitor sales performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets and drive the continuous development of the dealer network.

  • Identify and recruit new sales agents and partners.

  • Establish and maintain sales standards across the network.

  • Monitor market developments and competitor activities and prepare relevant analyses and reports.

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives aimed at increasing sales performance.

  • Organize and support the training and development of the dealer network.

 

We require from you:

  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or another relevant field.

  • Proven experience in automotive or vehicle sales.

  • Strong ability to identify, analyze, and respond to market trends.

  • Proactive and self-motivated personality with a willingness to learn and grow.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.

  • Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of the MS Office suite.

  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout the country.

  • Passion for the automotive industry.

  • Valid Category B driving license.
