Отговорности

  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client operational and business needs
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and new product launches
  • Proactively drive EGT Digital product adoption and market share
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Work with Sales, PMO, Compliance, and other internal teams to develop strategic plans and ensure KPIs are being met
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
  • Generate internal system reports and analyze performance metrics
  • Represent EGT Digital at major industry events

Изисквания

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in the Gambling Facilities and Casinos industry – minimum 2 years
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in Account Management / Business Development role
  • Experience within the Software Industry, preferably within a Product Company
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Experience in communicating with customers
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Very good understanding of software delivery life cycle
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration skills
  • Can-do attitude, positive, proactive
  • Organized, able to prioritize and resolve critical and complex issues
  • Strong command of the English Language – verbal and written
