Отговорности
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client operational and business needs
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and new product launches
- Proactively drive EGT Digital product adoption and market share
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Work with Sales, PMO, Compliance, and other internal teams to develop strategic plans and ensure KPIs are being met
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Generate internal system reports and analyze performance metrics
- Represent EGT Digital at major industry events
Изисквания
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in the Gambling Facilities and Casinos industry – minimum 2 years
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in Account Management / Business Development role
- Experience within the Software Industry, preferably within a Product Company
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Experience in communicating with customers
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Very good understanding of software delivery life cycle
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Excellent cross-group collaboration skills
- Can-do attitude, positive, proactive
- Organized, able to prioritize and resolve critical and complex issues
- Strong command of the English Language – verbal and written
