For one of our trusted clients – a leading international manufacturing company, we are currently looking for a communicative and motivated Sales Assistant (Back Office).

Main Responsibilities:  

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager
  • Process and follow up on customer orders
  • Prepare and manage sales, export, and related documentation
  • Maintain active communication with customers, sales partners, freight forwarders, banks, and internal departments
  • Support sales and logistics coordination activities
     

Requirements: 

  • University degree
  • Very good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Very good command of English
  • SAP experience is an advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
