• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability using Zabbix and other monitoring tools
• Perform regular system updates, patching, and security hardening in accordance with CIS benchmarks
• Implement and maintain security controls aligned with ISO 27001 ISMS requirements
• Manage user access rights and permissions following the principle of least privilege
• Ensure system administrator activities are logged and periodically reviewed
• Support and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure
• Provide technical support across L1–L3 levels, including ticket handling, troubleshooting, and resolving complex incidents
• Perform incident documentation, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking
• Maintain system documentation, configurations, and operational procedures
• Support compliance audits (GLI, ISO, and other regulatory requirements)
• Follow established change management processes for infrastructure modifications

Изисквания

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in System Administration or a similar role
• Operating Systems: Linux (Ubuntu), Windows, macOS
• Windows Server Technologies: Active Directory (ADDS), DNS, DHCP, NPS, NFS
• Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, IAM)
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Load Balancers
• Monitoring: Zabbix, Netwrix
• Scripting: PowerShell
• ITSM Tools: JIRA, Confluence
• Experience in IT user support roles
