• Collect, monitor, analyze, and accurately input data related to sporting events and markets
• Monitor and manage incoming bets to ensure correct pricing, exposure control, and market integrity
• Identify and flag irregular betting patterns, data inconsistencies, or unusual customer behavior
• Accurately settle sporting events on time
• Escalate emerging issues, errors, or risks to the Team Leader or Trading Management
• Communicate effectively with internal teams (Trading, Risk, Customer Support, Tech, and other offices)
• Support live trading operations and assist with day-to-day sportsbook activities
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced, real-time environment

• Strong interest in sports
• Basic understanding of the betting/sportsbook industry (training provided)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, including an understanding of probability and risk concepts
• High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Comfortable working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Passion for learning, self-improvement, and developing a career in sports trading
