• Leading the game design team and organizing their tasks and workloads 
• Leading the review process for the games in design phase 
• Designing game mechanics and UX within the product
• Analyzing product metrics and developing hypotheses
• Generate ideas for new engaging games
• Responsible for multiple projects supporting them from idea to realization
• Move the project through the approval processes
• Weekly reviews on the projects he/she is responsible for
• Collaborating with the development and math teams
• Follow casino game industry and good practices

Изисквания

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Gamedev or Casino industry
• Excellent communication and organization skills 
• Experience in leading design meetings
• Experience designing game systems
• Experience in leading game design teams 
• Deep understanding of typical slot game mechanics
• Ability to structure information and express thoughts clearly and with good arguments
• Analytical mindset and a good grasp of logic
• Deep passion for games
• Eye for visual details
