• Implement and maintain authentication mechanisms, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Administer access control models such as RBAC, ACLs, and other authorization mechanisms
• Manage the full identity lifecycle – provisioning, updates, and deprovisioning of accounts and roles, in line with best practices
• Operate and configure IAM platforms such as EntraID (former Azure AD), Okta, AWS IAM, or similar
• Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations and Identity Providers (IdPs)
• Handle API keys, certificates, and secrets management securely
• Participate in regular access reviews, audits, and compliance reporting
• Identify and troubleshoot IAM-related incidents and escalate where necessary
• Ensure alignment with security best practices and regulatory requirements (GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.)
• Contribute to the documentation and improvement of IAM processes and procedures

Изисквания

• 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, IT security, or infrastructure roles
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, authentication protocols, authorization models, and identity lifecycle processes
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Azure AD, Okta, AWS IAM, or similar
• Experience with authentication and federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM)
• Solid understanding of API security, credential management, and secrets handling
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

• Experience supporting IAM in hybrid or multi-cloud environments
• Understanding of privileged account management and identity governance concepts
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools related to IAM (e.g., secrets managers, CI/CD access, Git operations, etc.)
• Exposure to IAM-related audits or security compliance initiatives
• Interest in new IAM trends, such as Zero Trust or passwordless authentication
