• Translate business needs, customer requests, and product initiatives into clear functional, non-functional requirements and edge cases for the Sportsbook domain
• Build a strong understanding of end-to-end player journeys and sportsbook workflows
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business/technical stakeholders to ensure clear scope, shared understanding, and fit-for-purpose solutions
• Analyze and define processes, data flows, and integrations (experience with APIs, real-time event and data feeds and their data contracts is a strong advantage)
• Use AI to optimize workflows, accelerate analysis, and improve the product, applying critical thinking and strong governance over outputs
• Turn data, competitor insights, and market trends into actionable product improvements
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks early, and resolve them through clarity, structure, and holistic thinking

Изисквания

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst (iGaming/Sportsbook experience is a strong advantage)
• Proven ability to create clear requirements, resulting in valuable outcomes
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to simplify complex problems
• Good understanding of data structures and flows
• Knowledge of sportsbook mechanics (odds, markets, bet lifecycle, settlements) is a strong advantage
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
