Product Owner - Online Games Department

• Collaborate with members of the Product Team and main stakeholders in developing and executing on the long-term vision for the EGT Digital games division
• Take key role in defining the product(s) roadmap
• Derive product insights through market research, customer interactions and other market data
• Prepare feature’s specifications, ensuring functional requirements are well defined
• Takes the responsibility for short and long-term schedule of the game’s and product’s development, priorities and refinement of the product backlog
• Set a clear vision and Release Plan for the product(s)
• Leading and coaching the team in adoption of best Agile practices in Product Development
• Evaluate the quality of ongoing project work efforts and ensure production proceeds according to schedule
• Work closely with the Development, Quality Assurance and Design Teams
• Support EGT Digital Marketing and Sales Departments in their efforts to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
• Ensure new products and features are evaluated for usability and performance, employing focus group testing, when necessary analyze trends in the gaming market and continuously review the competitive landscape
• Lead the product teams throughout the product lifecycle

• 3+ years of experience managing software products and services
• Experience in market research
• Experience in collecting and evaluating feedback from customers and partners
• Experience in Agile software development and familiarity with tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Advanced problem solving and analytical skill
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English
• Able to work in fast moving and dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in product management or business analysis is imperative
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in design of games/casino games and the online gaming industry is imperative
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong team player
