For our trusted client, we are looking for:
 

Operations Team Supervisor 

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Lead and coordinate a team (minimum 2+ team members);
• Manage workload distribution and ensure SLA compliance;
• Monitor performance and track KPIs;
• Work with large volumes of data and CRM systems;
• Analyze results and prepare reports;
• Identify operational issues and implement process improvements;
• Maintain and optimize data management processes;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT, and development teams;
• Ensure smooth daily operations and task execution.

Requirements:
 

• Good working level of English;
• Previous experience in team leadership;
• Experience with reporting, KPIs, and SLAs;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Experience with tools such as Google Sheets, Salesforce, or similar CRM/Data systems;
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
