Daily challenges
- Receive and dispatch hardware devices
- Compare the packing slip to the actual delivery and report any discrepancies
- Evaluate and repair devices
- Update the BIOS and install the most recent image, test functionality
- Maintain and audit inventory
- Maintain physical stock shelfs in accordance with stockroom types and in line with manufacturer storage guidance
- Keep electronic service records up to date
- Manage shipping effectively, choosing the most cost-effective shipping method as and when appropriate
- Coordinate, prepare and fulfill, warranty repairs, donations, and disposals
eXperience and skills required
- Experience with multiple infrastructure environments and understanding their relationships (e.g., operating system, hardware, data center, security, network, voice, mobile devices, end-user, and server/web-related applications).
- General IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills related to hardware, software (Windows 10, Microsoft 0365), networks
- Good command of English language
- Communication skills and an ability to collaborate with different teams to provide the required solution
