Huvepharma is a privately owned company, headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria. Our manufacturing subsidiary, Biovet, is headquartered in Peshtera, Bulgaria, and has independent manufacturing units in various other locations. Role purpose:
The Team Lead Master Data oversee and govern Master Data processes to ensure high data quality, integrity, and compliance within the ERP system, supporting production, supply chain, quality, and finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Master Data team.
- Define and enforce master data governance, standards, and ownership.
- Own item master, BOMs, recipes, and routes.
- Ensure accuracy of batch/lot tracking and regulatory attributes.
- Maintain high data quality supporting Production, QA, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Implement data validation rules, workflows, and KPIs.
- Support audits and ensure full traceability and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement and simplification of data processes.
- Act as design authority for master data structures in ERP.
- Own the design of Item model, product structure, and data model in ERP and ensure correct setup of:
- Product dimensions
- Tracking dimensions (Batch, Serial)
- Storage & warehouse dimensions
- Planning parameters
- Costing & posting profiles
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience with ERP master data in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in data governance and data quality management.
- Experience leading teams or data ownership initiatives.
- Understanding of regulatory and quality data requirements in pharma / life sciences is a strong advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and process-driven mindset.
Fluent English.
