Contribution and key responsibilities:
Monitor communications and administer ATM devices.
Monitor the operational status of Fibank’s core banking information systems.
Monitor, start/restart, and stop the bank’s interfaces.
Receive and process files for the issuance of corporate payment cards requested by the bank’s clients, as well as cards ordered online.
Load GL files into the bank’s system and execute update scripts.
Run end-of-day processing procedures and initiate the start of a new business day.
For efficiency and effective role performance:
Secondary education.
Strong knowledge and excellent practical skills in working with Microsoft products, including Windows, Office, and related applications.
Good understanding of communication protocols used in LAN and MAN networks.
Working proficiency in English.
Cooperative mindset with strong teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to work on a shift schedule.
