For our Head office in Sofia, we are offering you an excited opportunity to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator who will plan and monitor the distribution of inventory, coordinating receiving and shipment of goods and providing general support to the team. This role will assist in ensuring an optimal promotional process on a weekly basis.

YOUR TASKS AND AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Assist in the preparation of a weekly plan by days for the implementation of the central allocations;
• Work with internal tools for central distributions;
• Prepare central distributions of items by branches;
• Preparation of various reports and analysis if necessary in connection with the planning of promotional activities;
• Identify and determine the optimal quantities of goods in order to improve the turnover and availability of goods, reducing the "Out of Stock";
• Assist the Category Management department in determining the required volumes of goods for promotional activities;
• Coordinate the central distributions between the Category Management, Sales and Logistics Departments.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• University degree, preferably in the area of Logistics, Distribution or Economy;
• 1-2 years of experience in the area of Supply Chain planning will be considered as an advantage;
• Strive for continuous learning and professional development;
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build effective working relationships;
• Proactive attitude in identifying and solving issues;
• Highly proficient in MS Office;
• Very good command of English language;
• Good command of German language will be considered as an advantage.
