We are looking for an experienced payroll specialist to become part of our HR team and contribute to the high standards of service.
Your role in the team:
- Ensuring the timely and correct accrual and payment of employees' salaries
- Ensuring the processing of various types of additional remuneration, absences, compensations
- Management and coordination of the processes of providing additional benefits to employees - food vouchers, sports cards, insurance, etc.
- Preparation of analyses, reports and reports on the needs of the business and management, preparation and submission of declarations, statistical reports and mandatory reporting to state institutions
- Participation in strategic HR processes
You are the right person if:
- You have a relevant higher education
- In-depth knowledge of labor and social security legislation
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the field of payroll Experience with HR and payroll systems (SAP HR, SAP SF or similar solutions)
- Very good skills for working with MS Office, including Excel and working with large data sets
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking and a high level of professional responsibility
- Ability to solve heterogeneous problems and ability to work under tension
- Experience in accounting (will be considered an advantage)
- You have a good command of English
