We are looking for an experienced payroll specialist to become part of our HR team and contribute to the high standards of service.

 

Your role in the team:

  • Ensuring the timely and correct accrual and payment of employees' salaries
  • Ensuring the processing of various types of additional remuneration, absences, compensations
  • Management and coordination of the processes of providing additional benefits to employees - food vouchers, sports cards, insurance, etc.
  • Preparation of analyses, reports and reports on the needs of the business and management, preparation and submission of declarations, statistical reports and mandatory reporting to state institutions
  • Participation in strategic HR processes

 

You are the right person if:

  • You have a relevant higher education
  • In-depth knowledge of labor and social security legislation
  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the field of payroll Experience with HR and payroll systems (SAP HR, SAP SF or similar solutions)
  • Very good skills for working with MS Office, including Excel and working with large data sets
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking and a high level of professional responsibility
  • Ability to solve heterogeneous problems and ability to work under tension
  • Experience in accounting (will be considered an advantage)
  • You have a good command of English
