On behalf of our client, an international company, we are looking for a Senior Assistant, Commercial Admin Support with German.
Key Responsibilities
• Support Key Accounts in the preparation of contracts by providing data and ensuring compliance with CCEP DE guidelines
• Support Key Accounts, by managing regular and ad hoc queries and direct customer support activities
• Perform maintenance and error correction in accordance with the terms of contracts with the mainly focus on pricing
• Participate in Key Account meetings
• Taking part in projects
• Perform posting and settlement processes
• Monitor account performances and customer compliance to contracts
• Coordinate with Finance team to support invoicing for the account
Requirements
• English and German – proficient
• Completed business management training or experience in a commercial or back office area
• Proficiency in data management and processing
• Stakeholder management
• Content development and management
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
