Senior AI-Enabled Full-stack Web Developer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full-stack Web Developer with 10+ years of professional experience building complex web solutions across various technologies, platforms, and industries.

This is a senior-level role for a well-rounded expert who combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills and a modern AI-enabled development mindset.

The role

You will design, develop, and oversee the implementation of scalable and maintainable web applications and digital platforms, while working closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.

The role includes active participation in technical planning, architecture discussions, solution design, client communication, and development process improvements. You will be expected to take ownership of projects and contribute both strategically and technically.

AI-assisted development is an essential part of our workflow. You should feel comfortable using AI tools daily to accelerate development, improve code quality, support debugging and refactoring, automate repetitive tasks, and optimise delivery processes.

Must-have skills

* 10+ years of professional experience in web development
* Strong full-stack development expertise across multiple technologies and frameworks
* Excellent knowledge of PHP and modern backend development practices
* Strong experience with JavaScript and modern frontend technologies/frameworks
* Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive development, and CSS preprocessors such as Sass or LESS
* Experience building and maintaining complex web applications, APIs, and integrations
* Strong experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
* Experience working with container technologies such as Docker
* Experience with AI-assisted development workflows and tools
* Hands-on experience with Claude Code
* Familiarity with tools such as Cursor, Augment Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI development assistants
* Confidence using AI tools daily for coding, debugging, refactoring, documentation, research, and productivity optimisation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Ability to communicate directly with clients, gather requirements, propose solutions, and lead technical discussions
* Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
