SAP Support Specialist (f/m/d)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive SAP Support Specialist with focus on MM (f/m/d) with a strong focus on SAP MM to ensure seamless SAP system operations within our global organization. In this role, you will support SAP users, resolve issues across modules, contribute to process improvements, and participate in SAP–related projects.
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for SAP MM and cross-functional SAP topics (SD, WM, PP, QM, CS)
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and monitor system performance
• Document solutions, workflows, and prepare performance reports
• Identify improvement opportunities and support SAP MM enhancements and related projects
• Collaborate and share knowledge with other SAP specialists and mentor junior colleagues

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: 2–5 years of SAP support experience, ideally in SAP MM or other logistics modules (SD/WM/PP)
• Education: Degree in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering, or comparable technical background
• Technical skills: Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and ECC; deep understanding of MM processes (procurement, inventory, material master)
• Methodological skills: Problem-solving mindset, data analysis capability, and ability to work independently on complex tasks
• Soft skills: Excellent comm
