For one of our trusted clients – a world-wide known leading technology company, we’re looking for a Sales Support Engineer (Electrical Products).
Responsibilities:
- Understanding customer requirements and providing technical solutions for low voltage systems.
- Presenting and demonstrating product features and functionalities to clients.
- Responding to technical inquiries from clients and providing timely resolutions.
- Assisting in the preparation of technical proposals and documentation.
- Preparing price lists and marketing materials.
- Providing post-sales support and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of trends and product developments.
Requirements:
- Higher Education in Electrical, Automation or Electronic Engineering
- Technical background including 3+ years of experience
- Being a communicator who excels in English (German is a plus!) and knows how to turn conversations into real business opportunities
- Being a master of digital software tools (MS Office, AutoCAD or similar, electrical design SW, BIM)
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
