Sales expert (FMCG sector)

For one of our trusted clients – a leading multinational company – producer of meat and fish cans, we are looking for a Sales expert, who will actively contribute to defining and implementing commercial strategies, supporting business development and growth.       

 
Responsibilities: 

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the company’s relevant internal departments.
• Proactively develop distribution strategy for sales in differerent bulgarian chains and markets.
• Conduct market studies, research, and analyses to identify commercial opportunities and develop business plans in order to attract more clients;
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, production, research & development, customer service) to achieve established objectives;
• Participate in contract negotiations, conclude commercial agreements, and monitor their profitability;
• Continuously analyze competitors’ activities and market trends;
• Manage special requests and handle customer escalations or complaints;

Requirements:

• Solid experience and proven results in sales – food production is advantage;
• Proficient level of English.
• Advanced negotiation skills and the ability to develop effective commercial strategies;
• A strong results-oriented mindset, focused on sustainable growth and business development;
• Driving license;
• Analytical thinking and a strategic vision of the market.
