Job Purpose:

A outcome-driven Product Owner role focused on managing and prioritizing the backlog, delivering efficiency solutions end to end, and ensuring strong alignment between business value, technology, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.

 

Role insights:

  • Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog for your assigned stream.
  • Ensure automation ideas follow the product flow from Discovery to Optimizing.
  • Align requirements with stakeholders, balancing business value and technical feasibility.
  • Define and communicate MVPs to ensure fast delivery and early value realization.
  • Support teams during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review sessions.
  • Track KPIs and ensure achievement of expected business outcomes.
  • Actively manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

 

What makes you unique:

  • University degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in Agile/SAFe environments.
  • Exceptional organizational and structuring skills: able to design processes, role clarity, and governance.
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making capability using quantitative and qualitative frameworks.
  •  Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills across levels.
  • Experience running workshops, mapping processes, and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable with Jira/Confluence or similar tools; technical depth is a plus but not required.
  • Fluency in English.
