Manager Equity Building Communication (maternity coverage)

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Support the development and execution of the annual marketing plan, with a focus on brand-building initiatives;
• Plan and manage integrated communication campaigns across ATL, digital and social media channels;
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and communication across all customer touchpoints;
• Develop communication and media briefs and coordinate campaign execution with external media and creative agencies;
• Monitor campaign performance, media placements and compliance with agreed objectives and corporate standards;
• Coordinate the production of advertising materials, including TV, radio and digital assets;
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and digital marketing teams within REWE Group;
• Lead, organize and oversee the work of the Digital Media Specialist while ensuring smooth project delivery.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising or a related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand communication, ATL, digital and social media campaigns;
• Strong knowledge of media planning across TV, Digital, OOH and Social Media channels;
• Proven experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns and working with external agencies;
• Excellent project management, organizational and stakeholder management skills;
• Proactive, results-driven team player with strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Good command of English (written and spoken) and proficiency in MS Office.
