On behalf of our client, an international company, we are currently looking for a Lease Administrator with Italian.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update contracts in accordance with SLA

• Liaise with vendors and clients on matters concerning contract terms or policy specifics

• Send welcome letters along with the first invoice for each processed contract

• Ensure all vendor/client data uploaded in the system is accurate and up-to-date

• Handle partner billing daily as per SLA

 

Necessary Qualifications:

• High school diploma or higher

• Proficiency in English and Italian (B2-C1)

• Knowledge of French would be considered an advantage

• In-depth experience in contract administration

• Experience in leasing or processing financial data

• Good knowledge of finance agreements
