Job Purpose:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Project Manager to join our dynamic IT Development Team. You will assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering IT software projects focused on customer communication systems and digital transformation initiatives. Collaborating with senior team members and a variety of stakeholders, you will ensure projects are well-organized, requirements are documented, and deliverables meet business needs.

Role insights:

• Assist in managing IT projects end-to-end, from initial briefings through to implementation and review.
• Support requirements gathering and documentation in collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, keeping accurate records and reports.
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items with team members.
• Liaise between technical teams, business units, and external partners to ensure smooth progress.
• Facilitate communication and resolve minor project issues.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, presentations, and management reports.
• Support testing, quality assurance, and acceptance phases as needed.
• Gain an understanding of the organization's customer communication lifecycle and digital processes.

What makes you unique:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field (or in final year).
• Initial experience in project work (internship, student work, university project), ideally in IT or telecommunications.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand technical concepts.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
• Willingness to grow into a Project Manager role and learn from experienced colleagues.
