Nermin Mitkov  is looking for a new team member.

We are looking for motivated junior developers to join our Automation Stream Academy at A1 Competence Delivery Center.

This role is designed for people early in their career who have basic programming knowledge, strong logical thinking, and the motivation to grow into professional automation developers.

Your daily routine would include:

• Participate in a structured onboarding and learning program focused on automation development.
• Learn the fundamentals of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Build understanding of business process automation and low-code development.
• Receive coaching and feedback from experienced developers, solution designers, and team members.
• Apply programming logic using JavaScript or similar scripting knowledge.
• Work with JSON, APIs, connectors, and HTTP requests.
• Investigate and fix issues in existing automation solutions.
• Support testing, bug fixing, hypercare, and operational handover.
• Maintain technical and functional documentation according to team standards.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders from Bulgaria and Austria.
• Ask questions, clarify requirements, and raise blockers early.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Basic experience with one of the following programming languages.
• JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Java, Python, or another programming language.
• Understanding of programming fundamentals such as variables, conditions, loops, functions, arrays, and objects.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or front-end development concepts.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Good communication skills in English.
