Your Responsibilities:

• Provide First-Level Technical Support to partners and employees worldwide via phone and remote access tools;
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the user’s workflow;
• Handle user inquiries from start to finish—from initial contact and error analysis to identifying and implementing effective solutions.

What You Bring:

• Strong interest in IT and technology;
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset;
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally;
• Experience in technical support is a plus, but not mandatory.
