We are looking for an IT Operations & Digital Experience Analyst to support and improve IT operations across our global environment.

This role combines analytics, reporting, stakeholder management, and service improvement. You will work closely with Infrastructure, Service Desk, Security teams, and external partners to identify opportunities, drive actions, and improve the digital experience of our employees.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, accountable, and enjoys turning data into meaningful improvements.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

 

- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and operational data sources.

- Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations.

- Support Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and IT Operations initiatives.

- Help define monitoring, reporting, and automation opportunities.

- Coordinate activities with internal teams and external service providers.

- Track actions, follow up on commitments, and help drive service improvements.

- Support stakeholder communications and operational reviews.

 

About You:

 

- 3+ years of experience in IT Operations, Service Management, Analytics, Endpoint Management, or a similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.

- Comfortable working with stakeholders across different teams.

- Organized, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks and initiatives.

- Exposure to tools such as ServiceNow, MECM, Intune, Active Directory, or Nexthink is a plus.
